1 kilo of potatoes - 300 grams of tuna fish - 2 eggs - 2 spoons of parmesan cheese - 1 spoon of pecorino cheese - parsley - 2 cloves of garlic - salt - pepper.

Boils potatoes (about 30 minutes), peel them hot, pass them and let rest in a container. Add the other ingredients and amalgamate all untill you get a mixture as in figure 2.
Use your hands to make some meatballs and then pass them, first in the scratched bread, and then in abbundant hot oil.

Instead...
With the same mix form two big meatballs and wrap them in two cotton cloths (use foods product!), tie and put them in a pot with salty water; boil for about 45 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool, untie strings and cut them into little slices. Prepare all on a dish and season with mayonnaise!!
