Rice with lentils

300 gr. of lentils - 250 gr. of rice - 2 cloves of garlic - parsley - 4 cherry tomatoes - 4 spoons of oil - salt.
Convert european unity of measure

Boil the lentils in a containing pot containing a liter and a half of water (for about 40 minutes). In the meantime prepare the ingredients in a dish that you will add into the cooked lentils (garlic, tomato parsley). Immediately after having added the fundamental ingredients that will go to give taste to your plate, add the oil and the salt. Finish cooking in 15 minutes.

note: In substitution of the rice you can use some bits of toasted bread (with a veil of garlic and a thread of oil).
