1 Kg. of small mediterranean cocumber - 300 grams of cherry tomatoes - two spoons of flour- 3 cloves of garlic - oregano, basil, chili pepper - salt - oil.
Cut the cocumber as "matches" and pass them in the flour; put them in a baking-pan, add oil and salt. Prepare the tomatoes in a dish (cut them in four pieces) with: crushed garlic, basil, oregano and the chili pepper; add salt and mix all well. Scatter over the cocumber and cook in oven at 200° for half an hour.
